Practical Frameworks
Led by Lived Experience
Practical, lived experience led training and frameworks for mental health, capacity, recovery, wellbeing and sustainable functioning.
My work uses visual frameworks, real world examples and reflective discussion to help people understand complex experiences in a way that feels practical, memorable and easier to apply.
These sessions are designed for universities, healthcare settings, workplaces and organisations looking to move beyond awareness and into practical understanding.
The frameworks can be delivered flexibly, online or face to face, and adapted to audience size, accessibility needs and organisational goals.
The Cup Method™
Understanding mental health, capacity and sustainable functioning.
A practical visual framework that helps people better understand what affects capacity, recognise signs earlier and make more informed decisions around mental health, wellbeing and day to day functioning before overwhelm builds.

The House that Healing Built™
A visual framework exploring recovery, rebuilding and sustainable wellbeing.
Using the metaphor of a house, this framework explores the foundations that support recovery, stability and functioning while encouraging reflection on mental health, environment, support and the realities of rebuilding after difficult experiences.
