The House That Healing Built™
THTHB™

Practical visual education to help people understand mental health recovery, rebuild stability and create a more sustainable future.

Many people experience periods of poor mental health, crisis or significant life change that leave them wondering how to move forward.

Recovery is rarely about one moment. It is usually built gradually through understanding, reflection and the everyday things that create lasting stability.

The House That Healing Built™ is a practical visual framework that uses the familiar structure of a house to help people better understand mental health recovery, recognise what supports long-term wellbeing and build a life that feels more stable and sustainable.

Recovery is rarely about one moment.

It is built over time.

Periods of poor mental health, crisis and adversity can affect every part of life, leaving people trying to rebuild without always knowing where to begin.

The House That Healing Built™ combines a visual house-building framework with an animated film, helping people understand how recovery develops over time, how stability is built and what supports long-term wellbeing.

Through six interconnected stages, participants are encouraged to reflect on their own experiences, recognise their strengths and identify practical steps that support sustainable living.
