Practical Frameworks
Led by Lived Experience

I create lived experience led frameworks and training that help people better understand, mental health capacity, wellbeing, recovery and sustainable functioning in real life.

My work combines lived experience, practical education and visual frameworks to make complex experiences easier to understand, apply and discuss across healthcare, workplaces and education.

The Cup Method™ and The House That Healing Built™ are designed to move beyond awareness alone, helping people recognise patterns earlier, improve self awareness and develop more practical ways of managing day to day life, pressure and wellbeing.

The frameworks are designed to complement existing wellbeing, healthcare and educational approaches and can be delivered flexibly depending on accessibility, audience size and organisational need.

The Cup Method

Understanding capacity, balance and wellbeing.

The Cup Method uses a simple visual metaphor to explore how life demands, health and environment affect our capacity to function.

Through lived experience, storytelling and reflection, audiences learn to understand their capacity, recognise what is filling their cup and restore balance before it begins to overflow towards burnout.

The House that Healing Built

A visual journey through recovery

Using the metaphor of a house, this talk draws on my own lived experience to explore the foundations that supported healing, stability and rebuilding after difficult experiences.

Through powerful visuals and personal insight, I share the realities of recovery in a way that feels honest, reflective and real. As the journey unfolds, audiences are invited to consider the role of acceptance, routine, environment and support, and how these can shape the process of creating a more sustainable life.
